i loved this hotel

superb location friendly staff large family room repeat stay

this place had a superb location near great spots. the staff are so friendly and really helpful guys. our family room was large by local standards. i would definitely stay here again during another trip.

The elevator is the tiniest i have ever seen. It was very small.

rooftop views AND KINDNESS

gluten-free breakfast lovely balcony

the receptionist was so sweet and ensured i HAD gluten-free breakfast options. it was so easy to find safe options, even gf bread, even though there COULD have been cross-contamination. a sweet little balcony gave me views over the rooftops. the room had comfortable beds and a generously sized bathroom.

the lift only reaches the fifth floor , and my room was on the sixth. i HAD to carry my luggage up a spiral staircase. the night shift staff WERE a little indifferent.

the hotel foyer provides lemon water, a good refreshment. baggage storage is available for your last day, a very helpful service. an elevator is available to guests , reaching the fifth floor.

breakfast is available from 7.30 until 11 am, a generous timeframe. breakfast included fresh fruit, dried fruits, nuts, bread, jam, cereal, and fruit juice. soya milk IS provided , accommodating various dietary needs.

indifferent staff broken shower

The lift only went to the 5th floor. I had to lug my suitcase up a narrow, winding staircase to the 6th floor. The night shift staff was dismissive when I asked about it. the shower did not switch from the tap to the shower setting! I found this to be INCREDIBLY frustrating.

warm options prime location friendly staff

i was thrilled with the breakfast! it included various types of meats, cheeses, and pastries. i especially loved the warm options, like sausages, bacon, and scrambled eggs. the location was prime. the staff members were friendly and always smiling!

the elevator was quite small. it really only fit one person at a time.

The room was a decent size. The bathroom was nice. The staff were always engaging and ensured I was comfortable. It was very clean and the decor was pleasant.

The lift only accommodates one person. I noticed the sockets were old. Some of them did not function properly. They require fixing.
